Hannah Beachler

1970 –

After college at UC and WSU, Hannah began working on films as a set dresser in independent movies and worked her way up to Production Designer. Her first major film, Fruitvale Station, won the Grand Jury and Audience Awards at the Sundance Film Festival in 2013. She is the first African-American woman to do production design for a Marvel Studio film, Black Panther, the third highest domestic grossing film of all time and the 8th highest grossing world-wide film of all time.
